About the role

Your responsibilities as a Visagio Graduate will include, but are not limited to:

About you (Key skills and competencies)
- A degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Commerce, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieve the desired goals, considering changes in deadlines and scope of activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, being able to engage with diverse audiences within both the project team and the client.
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis and gathering of insights for project recommendations.
- Ability to illustrate a very robust fact-based approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for working with data and learning new methodologies, applications and skills for analysis.
- Proficiency in a range of software tools and techniques, such as Excel Modelling, R Programming, VBA, SQL, Python, Data Visualisation, Machine Learning, and Microsoft Power Platform, is advantageous but not necessary, knowing that intensive training will be provided to expand your skill set.
- Understanding of mining operations and practices is highly desirable but not required.

2026 APPLICATION STEPS
1. APPLICATIONS PERIOD | 06.01 to 24.02 (11.59 pm AWST)
To guarantee your participation in the Graduate Program, sign up for our talent bank. Note that a cover letter is not required.
After your submission, you will receive an e-mail reconfirming your application and the dates for subsequent phases.
To ensure your skills are matched to the right opportunities, we accept applications via two distinct streams:
Management Stream: Ideal for students of Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
Technology Stream: Ideal for students of Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related disciplines.
Note: Familiarity with programming languages is highly valued across both streams, but is not mandatory.

2. ONLINE TEST AND VIDEO SUBMISSIONS PERIOD | 25.02 to 04.03 (11.59 pm AWST)
When the test opens, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete it. Completing the evaluation is mandatory to validate your application in the recruitment process and must be done within the specified date window — no exceptions will be made.
The online test consists of a proctored session that must be completed in one sitting (75 minutes). It is based on GMAT-style questions requiring critical reasoning and logical analysis of business cases.
As part of the online test, Visagio may request candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined questions. This video will be reviewed alongside your resume and university transcripts as part of our screening process.

3. PHONE AND IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS | March - April
Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants.
TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers. Demonstrating an interest in the company and understanding our core values will also put you a step ahead.

I joined Visagio straight from uni hoping to learn the ropes, but in less than six months, I’ve gone from a nervous intern to helping run the Assessment Centre and planning O-Day. What surprised me most is that there are no “intern tasks” here, you work like a real consultant, sitting in the same meetings and solving the same problems as the full-timers. The only real difference is that you work part-time; otherwise, there’s no separate lane, which makes the learning experience incredibly rich and fast-paced.
What truly sets Visagio apart is the lack of hierarchy and the immense trust you’re given from day one. You never feel like “just an intern” because your ideas are valued, your questions matter, and everyone genuinely wants to help you succeed.
