VISAGIO GRADUATE PROGRAM

VISAGIO FULL-TIME POSITION (ENTRY LEVEL)

At Visagio, you have the opportunity to be part of something bigger. Recognised as a Great Place to Work®, we pride ourselves on being a people platform - where you are what makes us Visagio. You’ll be supported by a global network of passionate and welcoming team members, ready to guide, teach, and grow with you.

We’re hiring experienced professionals to join Visagio Australia full-time across three streams. You’ll work on real client challenges, helping organisations transform through a combination of state-of-the-art technology and management practices - ranging from diagnosis and strategic recommendation to practical, agile, and sustainable implementation.

For fresh graduates and professionals with
up to two years' experience. We're looking for readiness to do real work, structured problem-solving, adaptability, ownership, and a clear trajectory of growth. One opening per stream.

Choose your stream (you’ll select one in the application form)

1) Management & Business

You'll join broad transformation and advisory engagements, contributing from early on while you grow into the consulting craft. Expect to own pieces of work, structure your own analysis, and present your thinking to the team and, increasingly, to clients.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Delivering comprehensive business solutions by combining strategic overview with a concise and pragmatic approach

  • Performing data analysis and gathering insights to support client recommendations

  • Bringing an innovative, problem-solving approach to client challenges

  • Contributing to a fast-growth company and helping Visagio continue to achieve the extraordinary

Preferred background/skills:

  •  A recent graduate (up to two years' experience) in a Business or STEM-related field.

  • Strong communicator who builds rapport and engages diverse stakeholders.

  • Readiness to contribute, take ownership, and learn fast.

  • Comfortable using technology and AI to create value (training provided).

2) Data Science & AI

You'll contribute to data-focused projects across analytics, machine learning, GenAI, simulation and optimisation, and start helping clients make better decisions through strong data storytelling. You'll grow your technical depth while learning how analysis turns into client impact.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Delivering business solutions with a strategic overview and a concise, data-driven approach

  • Performing data analysis and generating insights for recommendations

  • Developing and implementing advanced analytics models (ML, GenAI, simulation, optimisation and other data-driven solutions)

  • Tackling data storytelling challenges with an innovative approach

Preferred background/skills:

  • A recent graduate (up to two years' experience) in a STEM-related field.

  • Working knowledge of (or strong interest in) Python, SQL and analytical/ML methods.

  • Structured thinking, clear communication, and the ability to build rapport.

  • Readiness to contribute and take ownership; curious and AI-literate.

3) Software Engineering

You'll help design, develop and deliver full-stack software solutions that meet client needs, contributing real code from early on while you grow across the engineering lifecycle. You'll work closely with the team and, increasingly, with designers, product managers and stakeholders.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Building, testing and deploying features across the stack - including responsive front-end interfaces (Angular or React) - with support and code review.

  • Helping develop and integrate APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) with front-end services.

  • Contributing to database, cloud and technical design discussions and learning to weigh trade-offs.

  • Building AI-enabled features and using AI coding assistants as part of how the work gets done.

  • Writing clean, documented code and helping create operational and end-user documentation

Required/desired background:

  • A recent graduate (up to two years' experience) in a STEM-related field.

  • Programming foundations across the stack, ideally with exposure to TypeScript and a modern framework (Angular or React), a server-side technology (Node.js, Python or C#/.NET), SQL or NoSQL databases, and core web (HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript).

  • Comfort with Git and an interest in modern build tooling; bonus points for any Docker, CI/CD or cloud exposure.

  • Clear communicator who builds rapport; strong analytical thinking, a fast learner, and an AI-literate mindset.

  • Readiness to contribute, take ownership, and grow technically.

4) Low-Code & Automation

You'll lead the build of automations and low-code solutions that improve clients' operational efficiency, primarily on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and comparable RPA / low-code tooling, owning delivery from process discovery through to a shipped, used tool. This stream also owns our data-engineering delivery, so building data pipelines and constructing data warehouses sits squarely here.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Mapping client processes and spotting where automation or a low-code app removes friction.  Building, testing and iterating workflows and apps on the Power Platform (or comparable low-code / RPA tooling).

  • Building data pipelines and helping construct and maintain data warehouses, plus the reporting and data-management layers around them.

  • Designing the logic (conditions, data flows, approvals) behind a reliable automation.

  • Working with stakeholders to make sure what you build actually fits how they work, and documenting it.

Required/desired background:

  • A recent graduate (up to two years' experience) in a Business or STEM-related field with a clear technical lean.

  • Hands-on exposure to low-code / no-code tools (Power Platform, UiPath or similar), or the obvious aptitude and curiosity to pick them up fast.

  • Bonus points for data-engineering skills: building data pipelines, warehousing and reporting (SQL, ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling).

  • A process-improvement mindset: you notice repetitive work and want to remove it.

  • Clear communicator who builds rapport; proactive, organised, AI-literate.

What we look for (common across streams)
Across all streams, we value people who combine:

I joined Visagio straight from uni hoping to learn the ropes, but in less than six months, I’ve gone from a nervous intern to helping run the Assessment Centre and planning O-Day. What surprised me most is that there are no “intern tasks” here, you work like a real consultant, sitting in the same meetings and solving the same problems as the full-timers. The only real difference is that you work part-time; otherwise, there’s no separate lane, which makes the learning experience incredibly rich and fast-paced.

What truly sets Visagio apart is the lack of hierarchy and the immense trust you’re given from day one. You never feel like “just an intern” because your ideas are valued, your questions matter, and everyone genuinely wants to help you succeed. It’s a special mix of smart people and good vibes where you are constantly challenged to grow, making this one of the most empowering and rewarding experiences I’ve had so far.

I joined Visagio as an intern, and my experience has been both invaluable and truly enjoyable! Coming from a data science background with a strong interest in consulting, the projects I have been exposed to in Visagio have interestingly bridged these two worlds; delivering high quality tech solutions that always prioritises the client's needs, first and foremost.

Beyond the valuable knowledge I have gained through the projects, what has truly made this journey exceptional is the people. Having the opportunity to work alongside such talented, good-hearted people has made every challenge rewarding. Everyone is so approachable and willing to help, and I've never felt any hesitation to reach out even to those much more senior.

This is a testament to the positive working culture Visagio has fostered over the years.  All in all, Visagio has been an amazing place to work, learn, and make meaningful connections: all leading to an amazing internship experience.

Visagio truly lives up to its promise of being a place for good-hearted people. From the moment I joined, I experienced firsthand how supportive, flexible, and welcoming everyone is. It genuinely feels like being part of a big family, where people care about each other and are always willing to help.

I’ve gained an incredible amount of knowledge during my time here, and every day brings a new challenge. What makes it special is that these challenges are exciting rather than overwhelming. They motivate me to learn, grow, and continually push myself.

My experience at Visagio has been both rewarding and inspiring, and I’m grateful to be part of such a positive and encouraging environment.

I joined Visagio as an intern in my second year of university with no prior experience in consulting. Over the past year, Visagio has given me an incredibly smooth and enriching introduction to the industry. Through hands‑on learning, guidance from experienced consultants, and meaningful project exposure, I’ve been able to grow both personally and professionally.

What stood out from day one was the trust and responsibility given to me as an intern. I was welcomed as a true member of the team and encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and lead aspects of my work. This experience has significantly strengthened my confidence, especially in communication, leadership, and collaboration.

As an international student far from home, Visagio has also become my second home in Perth. The supportive, welcoming, and inclusive culture made a tremendous difference in my journey.  My internship at Visagio has been a defining part of my personal and professional growth, and I’m grateful to be part of such a collaborative and empowering community.
